Welcome to SO-BEAD-IT! My name is Kathie, and I have been handcrafting jewelry for several years now. Even though it is no longer new to me, I still find it exciting!! I am very passionate about creating one-of-a-kind pieces that say something about the wearer. As a designer, I look for the unusual, incorporating bold statements with the innovative use of a wide variety of beads, charms and pendants. I love bright-colored lampwork beads and use them to add vitality to the classic look of beautiful natural stones, pearls and Swarovski crystals. I also enjoy using dichroic glass beads and have designed several unique pieces by mixing them with sterling silver beads, charms and pendants.
